“I just can’t afford it…” Like the rest of humanity, we can’t buy our way out of Hell or into Heaven. The Bible says in Romans 3:23 that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,” and Romans 6:23 warns us that “the wages of sin is death.” The truth is, none of us can afford that price.
